This page explains what data GB Global Education collects, how we use it, and how you can request to see or delete it. We keep our data practices minimal and honest. We only collect what we need to respond to your inquiry.

What We Collect

  • Form submissions: your name, email address, country of interest, and the message you send us, collected when you submit the contact form or inquiry form on this site.
  • Language preference: your chosen site language (English for now) is stored locally on your device via a localStorage key named edupath_lang. This never leaves your browser and is never sent to our servers.

How We Use Your Data

  • Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms and delivered to our email inbox. We use them only to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to any marketing list, share your data with third parties, or use it for any purpose other than answering you personally.
  • Language preference stays on your device and is used only to remember your language choice between visits, so you don't have to reselect it every time.

Cookies & Tracking

We do not set any tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies on this site. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other tracking services. The Calendly booking widget, if used, may set its own cookies. We enable cookie-free mode wherever it is available.

Third-Party Services

We rely on a small set of third-party services to operate the site. Each is used only for its specific function:

  • Web3Forms processes contact and inquiry form submissions and forwards them to our email inbox.
  • Calendly powers the "Book a call" scheduling widget. When you book a call, Calendly collects the information you provide to schedule the meeting.
  • Vercel hosts the site. Vercel may record standard server access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL) as part of normal web hosting.

We do not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Your Rights

You have the right to ask us what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to request its deletion. To make any of these requests, email us directly or use our contact form. We will respond within a reasonable time frame and delete the data on request, unless we are legally required to retain it (which, for a marketing contact form, is not the case).
